Welcome to the Arboleas Indalo Gardening Club.
The Almanzora Valley, which stretches from Baza in the north to Cuevas del Almanzora on the coast, forms part of AlmerÃa Province in the South Eastern corner of Andalucia, Spain.
We enjoy around 320 days of sunshine each year but regular rainfall cannot be relied upon.
From drought to flood and below zero to 40+ degrees centigrade we have to cope with arduous conditions to provide the chance for our plants to bloom and our gardens to fruit and flourish.

Who are we ?
We are a group of likeminded amateur gardeners who are learning the techniques of gardening in a totally alien environment.
The Spanish weather means we have to learn a whole new series of tricks for plants to survive.
We are a very sociable and friendly group with a light hearted approach.
